Verrini Munari is a comparatively new winery, formed in 1999 in the central northern region of Emilia Romagna. Located in the DOC-classified area of Lambrusco Salamino di Santa Croce, to the north of the ancient town of Modena, from the outset the company has sought to release products of the highest possible quality and thereby restore the reputation of the area's old and famous wines. This ambitious project is being achieved through the strict application of quality procedures at every stage of the production process. At Verrini Munari they hold the conviction that they are not simply dealing with the production of wine, but that they are guiding a cultural product with a history around it, reflecting quality, know-how and lifestyle. Awareness of the requirements of the market have led to the design of the distinctive Rosso labelling.

Inside this DOC area, in Terrepiane to the North of Modena, between the town of Carpi and the Panaro River, the Azienda Agricola Verrini Munari possesses 12 hectares of vines from which only the best and completely formed grapes are chosen to begin the limited wine production, with very accurate processes, only possible with the existence of craftsmanship: strictly natural fermentation, no added substances, respect of the times necessary for each phase of maturation, bottling exclusively with new glass and optimal hygiene procedures.


Thanks to the work of wine experts, two products can be defined, with substantially different characteristics: a Lambrusco Salamino DOC and a Classic Method Red Brut Spumante (Sparkling Wine - champenois).
These wines are offered to the market through selective and qualified distribution in Italy and abroad, overseen by the producer.
A choice of this kind, especially in foreign markets, comes from a conviction that you are not simply dealing with the exportation of wine, but rather guiding a cultural product, with a world of history around it, quality, know-how and lifestyle.
These values are an integral part of the product and must arrive intact to the final consumer to make their experience richer and more satisfying.
