Paolo Rodaro
The Rodaro property has developed in recent years to 40 hectares of vineyards, situated to the east of Udine close to the border with Slovenia in the north-east of Italy. Picolit is one of this estate's specialities. The grapes are partially dried in crates for three months prior to fermentation. Thereafter, the wine spends ten months in barriques. A glorious and rare sweet wine.
