Standard delivery

Our standard delivery charge of £5-95 is applicable to addresses on the UK mainland, with the exception of the Scottish Highlands, however many items you order.

There is a supplementary charge of £15 to addresses in the Scottish Highlands and all the UK islands. We regret that we are currently unable to deliver to the Channel Islands. If you feel you can help us with this, do Contact Us.

Amordivino does not currently supply wine to other countries.

Amordivino's chosen home delivery service is practised in the shipment of wine, so we expect your wine to arrive in good condition within 5 working days of your order being taken. This will be the norm so please contact us if you have to wait longer. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee the delivery within this timescale. Please call us if you have urgent requirements.

If you would like your goods to be sent to a more convenient address (for example, to your office), please include these details in the delivery address boxes during the checkout process.

If no-one is available to take delivery, the delivery driver will leave a card advising you of the first attempt to deliver.  Delivery will be re-attempted to the same address the next day, unless you contact the delivery depot, as stated on the card, to make other arrangements. On failure to deliver a second time, another card will be left and you will be required to go to the delivery depot to collect the wine. Failure to collect the wine from the delivery depot within 2 days of the second attempted delivery will see the wine returned to us. A further delivery charge would then apply.

Further delivery options
The home delivery service can deliver during weekday evenings and on Saturdays before midday, but supplementary charges will apply. Contact us for details. Please note that these charges are non-refundable.
