500g carrots
1 glass dry Marsala
salt
3 tbsp olive oil
Method

Finely slice the carrots. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the carrots and salt. Pour the wine and cover the pan with a lid. Cook until the carrots are soft. Serve hot.
