Ingredients
red cabbage
1 onion
1 big apple
40g butter
40g speck
1 glass of red wine
a pinch of salt
Method

Chop the apple. Slice the onion and the cabbage. Put the butter and onion with the speck in a big pan and fry. Once the onion is golden, add the cabbage with the apple and a little bit of salt. Simmering on a low heat, add  the red wine and cook for about 45 minutes. Serve hot.
