Ingredients
stone bass steaks
250g black olives
70g chopped onion
2 tbsp dry white wine
1 garlic clove
oregano
marjory
flour
oil
salt and pepper
Method

Pass the steaks in the flour. In a pan, warm 3 tbsp of olive oil and place the steaks. When the fish has taken a bit of colour, sprinkle with wine. Add olives, the chopped onion and parsley, marjory, salt and pepper. Add a lid to the pan and cook on a slow heat for about 15 minutes. Place on a serving dish and serve immediately.
