4 escalopes of veil or chicken
1 tbsp of flour
butter or oil
1 onion
½ glass of white wine or Marsala
Method

Finely chop the onion. Pass the meat in the flour. Slightly fry the meat and onions in butter or oil. Add the wine and cook on a low heat for ½ hour. Serve with mashed potatoes.
