Ingredients
800 gr chine of pork
rosemary
3 garlic cloves
1 glass of dry white wine
4 tbsp of olive oil
salt and pepper
Method
Mince the garlic and rosemary with salt and pepper. Spread the mince on the meat.
Put the olive oil in an oven tray and put the meat in. Place in the oven at 250ºC. After 5 minutes lower the oven to 200ºC and add the wine. Cook for about an hour turning the meat often. Add some broth if necessary. When the meat is cooked, let it cool and the cut it into thin slices. When time to serve, heat the oil remaining in the tray and add the meat.
