Penne Prosciutto e Funghi (Penne with Mushrooms and Ham)

Ingredients
400g penne
50g cooked ham
50g dried mushrooms
1 onion
1/2 glass of dry white wine
cream
vegetable stock
grated parmesan cheese
olive oil
butter
salt and pepper
Method

Boil some water and soak the mushrooms in it for half an hour off the heat. In a pan heat 2 tbsp of olive oil, a knob of butter and the chopped onion. Drain the mushrooms; add them and the ham, in little pieces.Cook for few minutes and then add the wine.  Let it evaporate; add salt and pepper and a spoon of vegetable stock. Add also few tbsp of cream. Cook penne, drain them and add to the creamy sauce. Add the parmesan cheese and serve.
