Farfalle al Prosciutto e Pesto (Farfalle Pasta with Ham and Pesto)

Ingredients
400g farfalle
100g parma ham
50g pine kernels
1/2 glass of dry white wine
1 tbsp pesto
50g butter
grated parmesan
salt
Method

Freeze the ham, and then cut it a la julienne. Melt the butter in a pan, add the ham then add the pine kernels. Add the wine and when it is evaporated, cook for 10 minutes. Take away from the heat and blend with pesto.

Cook farfalle, drain them and dress them with the sauce and plenty of parmesan cheese.
