Ingredients
400g farfalle
2 courgettes
1 yellow pepper
1 aubergine
1 salad onion
1 garlic clove
a glass of dry white wine
basil
marjoram
olive oil
salt
pepper
Method

Chop all the vegetables a la julienne. Heat the oil in a large pan and add the onion, the garlic, the basil and the marjoram. Add the vegetables, stir, sprinkle with the wine and let it evaporate. Add salt and pepper and cook. Cook farfalle, drain them and pour them in the pan with the vegetables, stir well and then serve.
