Farfalle con i Gamberi (Farfalle Pasta with Prawns)

Ingredients
400g farfalle pasta
12 prawns
120g peas
1 shallot
1 glass of dry white wine
parsley
olive oil
salt and pepper
Method

Chop the shallot and slightly fry it in a pan with the oil. Add the previously boiled or steamed peas and cook for about 10 minutes. Add the prawns, the white wine and let it evaporate on a high heat. Cook for a few minutes.

Cook farfalle, drain them and pour them in the pan with the prawns. Add pepper and chopped parsley then serve.
