Spaghetti Mari e Monti (Seas and Mountains Spaghetti)

Ingredients
400g spaghetti
3 garlic cloves
mixed mushrooms
minced parsley
400g of cleaned squids
300g cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 glass of white wine
chilli, salt, pepper
Method

Wash the squid and pan fry them with oil, garlic and mushrooms. Add the white wine and, when this has completely evaporated, add the cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper.Let it cook, while cooking the spaghetti al dente. When the spaghetti are ready, drain them and toss them in the pan with the squid and the mushrooms, adding the chilli. Stir and serve immediately.
