Tasting Notes
Medium body, clean red colour, fresh and intense bouquet of ripe fruit. It has a balanced, harmonious, persistent and pleasantly soft taste, thanks to the sweet and delicate tannins, developed in the wood ageing.

Winemaking Notes
The grapes are hand selected on the vine, following initial pressing fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (30°C) in steel vats. The maceration is 4 days long. Malolactic fermentation takes place in November.

After 10-months of ageing in big Slavonian oak barrels, the colour is red with purple reflections, the perfume is flowery and the taste pleasantly softened by the wooden tannins.
